FlowersML_conf is a community conference intended for networking and collaboration in the machine learning community. We value the participation of each member and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

To make clear what is expected, all participants at any FlowersML_conf event are required to conform to this Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

Community First

FlowersML_conf is a community conference intended for networking and collaboration in the machine learning community. We value the participation of each member and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

Respect & Courtesy

All attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to others throughout the conference and at all conference events, whether officially sponsored by FlowersML_conf or not.

Harassment-Free

FlowersML_conf is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Professional Communication

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.

Kindness

Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate at FlowersML_conf.

Enforcement

Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

Questions or concerns about the Code of Conduct can be directed to the conference organizers. Reports made in good faith will be treated with discretion and respect.
